I would like to take this opportunity to present to you with a small insight into the Parts department operation of TCL Isuzu and even offer you the option of asking any questions if you have any concerns regarding the supply of Isuzu Genuine Parts via our two branches of TCL Isuzu.

At present we have two parts departments - one in Auckland now located at 61 Lady Ruby Drive, East Tamaki (Stevenson's Site) and the other here at 138 Totara Street, Mount Maunganui with a combined stock holding of genuine parts with the cost value of $1,340,000.00 of which we supply Original parts to a varied array of customers through out New Zealand.

Our main supply of parts is via Isuzu NZ and their distribution warehouse in Auckland, but we do have in place alternative supply channels if we can not supply parts from our stock or Isuzu NZ do not have the part in stock we require.

These suppliers are based in Australia (24-48 hours), Singapore (24-48 hours), Japan (upto 7 days if available on the shelf at time of order) as well as aftermarket suppliers in NZ and Australia, if a genuine part can be supplied under a different brand name and meets the requirements needed to replace the genuine part.

Having customer service as a key factor in our business for customer retention and building on our reputation as market leader in all things Isuzu, we endeavor to supply the right parts first time and in the fastest possible means, and in some cases call upon our own new vehicle stock of which we "rob" parts from to supply our customers vehicles if that is the best possible option.

Currently all staff have access to electronic parts catalogues for NZ new vehicle and we also have stand alone Japanese computers for sourcing Japanese domestic spec vehicle parts, and we are about to go online and have access to the lastest version of parts catalogues available to anyone in the world to suit Isuzu vehicles via internet based site and will be up to date with information straight out of Japan before the vehicle have even left Japan for New Zealand in preparation for sale here a new vehicles.

We also have set up damaged vehicle repairs in an effort to gain quicker turn around for our clients with a full time panel beaters and engineers employed at our Mount Maunganui workshop and the ability to remove fully trimmed cab from a new truck and install it onto the clients vehicle if a new fully trimmed cab is not availabe as a "spare part (we do keep them in stock here for a few of our vaious models) if the damage is that servere to avoid vehicles being written off or timely repairs are required and work directly with insurance companies to ensure the best possible result for our customers.
