Giga Series Engine
Isuzu's 6W* diesel engines are economical, yet provide lots of torque and power.
At Isuzu, we're committed to reducing emissions, most specifically through the development of clean diesel engines.
The new line -up features Euro IV engines on all 400hp trucks and the even more strict Japan 05 engines on all 460 and 530hp trucks.

Giga Series Automated Manual Transmission
The GIGA Series features next generation heavy duty 16 speed Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) options that operate seamlessly, with advance shift solenoids and electronic controls for enhanced shift speed and smoothness. Euro 4 and Japan 05 Giga AMT's are upgraded in 2010 to be even more robust and meet the demanding NZ environment.
Giga Series Improved Safety
The GIGA Series offers a host of active and passive safety features and devices, including a driver SRS air-bag, ABS brakes, side intrusion bars, in-cab airbag suspension control as well as 22 inch full electric and heated mirrors for optimum visibility.

Premium ISRi 6860 Air Suspension Seat
The GIGA Series features a top of - the - line ISRi 6860 air suspension driver's seat with an integrated 3 point pre tensioner seat belt, adjustable vertical shock absorber, integrated head restraint, dual stage air lumbar with lateral support, anatomically shaped cushion and backrest foams.
